Vacation Rental House Rules

Welcome to The Bali Manor Collection. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay, please follow the house rules below. These rules are part of your rental agreement. Breaches may result in penalties or eviction.

1. General Requirements

• All guests and visitors must comply with these house rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay.
• Report any issues, damages, or neighbor complaints immediately.
• The property is suitable for children, but guests are fully responsible for their supervision and safety at all times.

2. Noise and the Neighborhood

• Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 8:00.
• Excessive noise or nuisance behavior may result in eviction without refund.

3. Visitors

• Visitors are allowed with prior approval and must comply with the house rules.
• Overnight guests not listed in the booking are subject to approval and additional charges.

4. Functions and Gatherings

• Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• A small gathering is defined as a maximum of 6 non-registered visitors at any time.
• All gatherings must:
  • Remain low-key and respectful.
  • End by 22:00.
  • Use no amplified music or external sound systems.
  • Stay within the villa grounds and avoid disturbing neighbors.
• Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. Unapproved overnight guests will incur a penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per person, per night.
• External vendors (chefs, bartenders, photographers, etc.) require prior written approval.
• Violation may result in eviction, loss of deposit, and additional charges.

5. Parking

• Park only in designated areas. Do not block other vehicles or neighbors. There is 1 parking place.

6. Garbage and Recycling

• Use the bins provided. Do not leave trash/food in outdoor areas or outside bins to prevent uninvited guests!
• Garbage collection: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 07:00. Please put garbage bin outside.

7. Security and Energy Use

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.
• Turn off lights, AC, and electronics when not in use.
• Turn off AC when the doors are open.

8. Pool and Safety Rules

• There is no lifeguard. Pool use is at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• Do not walk, sit, or climb on the edge of the infinity pool.
• No glassware in or near the pool.

9. Balconies and Decks

• Always supervise children in these areas.
• Do not lean over or climb on railings.

10. Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas.
• Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

11. Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.

12. Barbecue

• The BBQ may be used with consent and must be cleaned after use.

13. Damages and Breakages

• Report all damages or breakages promptly.
• Do not move furniture between rooms.
• Towels are for villa use only. Separate beach towels are provided.

14. Check-Out

• Follow check-out instructions provided at the start of your stay.

16. Compliance

• Violating these rules may result in eviction, penalties, or loss of deposit.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused.

17. Use of Oils and Staining Products

• Do not use massage oils or tanning oils on beds, linens, towels, or furniture.
• Stains will result in cleaning or replacement fees.
• Use designated spa towels if applying oils.

18. Internet Usage and Illegal Activities

• Wi-Fi is for legal and appropriate use only.
• Illegal downloads or activity (e.g., pirated content, gambling) are strictly prohibited.
• Violations may lead to termination of stay and be reported to authorities.

19. Disclaimer and Insurance Notice

• The Bali Manor Collection holds public liability insurance.
• The insurer does not cover incidents arising from:
  • Misuse of the pool
  • Lack of child supervision
  • Walking on the infinity pool edge
• Guests accept full responsibility for personal and guest safety.

20. Daily Cleaning Service

• A light daily cleaning service is included, which covers general tidying, bed-making, and replenishing supplies.
• This service does not include cleaning up after gatherings, or excessive messes (e.g. dirty dishes, leftover food, cluttered common areas).
• Guests are expected to leave the villa in a generally tidy condition. If excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply and will be deducted from the security deposit.

21. Prohibited Substances

• The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and may be reported to local authorities, in accordance with Indonesian law.
• Guests are fully responsible for their own actions and any legal consequences.
